To split an order in Selro please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Go to orders-> all orders.

Step 2: Locate the order you want to split and select 'actions'.

Step 3: Select 'Split Order'.

Step 4: Enter the number of new orders you want the original order to be split into.

Step 5: Next split the quantities into the '2' new orders as pictured:

Step 6:Under your unshipped orders you will now see your 2 new orders, which can be shipped separately.

Please note: When you ship one part of the split order, the full order will be marked as shipped and the tracking number from the first part of the shipment will be sent back to the channel. When you fulfil the next part of the split order the tracking number will also be sent to the channel.

Unsplit an order:

If you want to unsplit your order, click on 'actions' and then 'un-split the order'

To view the original order please click on the 'split order' tag, this will take you to your original order.
