You can manually update the order status within Selro if needed.

⚠️ Important:
Manually changing an order status in Selro will not update the status on your original sales channel (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify). The change will only apply within Selro.

πŸͺͺ Steps to Manually Change an Order Status

  1. Go to Orders-> All Orders and locate the order you want to update.
    -In the example below, the original status is Pending:

  2. Click Actions and then Edit Order

  3. Click on Order Actions and select Change Order Status:

4.In the pop-up window, choose the new status you want to apply.
-For example, here the order status is changed from Pending to Cancelled:


βœ… Your order status will now be updated within Selro.
