You can manually update the order status within Selro if needed.
⚠️ Important:
Manually changing an order status in Selro will not update the status on your original sales channel (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify). The change will only apply within Selro.

🪪 Steps to Manually Change an Order Status
Go to Orders-> All Orders and locate the order you want to update.
-In the example below, the original status is Pending:Click Actions and then Edit Order
Click on Order Actions and select Change Order Status:
4.In the pop-up window, choose the new status you want to apply.
-For example, here the order status is changed from Pending to Cancelled:
✅ Your order status will now be updated within Selro.
