You can manually update your order status in Selro.

Please note this will only reflect in Selro not on your marketplace.

To manually update the order status please edit your order (in the example below the original order status is set to pending)

Next please select order actions-> change order status

You can then change the order status in Selro, in the example below the pending status has been changed to cancelled.
