If you need to cancel a shipping label, follow these simple steps within Selro:

🔄 Step 1: Navigate to Manage Shipments

Go to the Shipping menu and select Manage Shipments.


🛑 Step 2: Cancel the Shipment

  1. Find and select the order you wish to cancel the shipment for.

  2. Click the Actions dropdown menu.

  3. Select Cancel Shipment Job.

  1. If you have created your shipping labels in a batch, locate the shipment batch

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Locate the label you wish to cancel and click the Actions dropdown menu.

  4. Select Cancel Label.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Only certain couriers support label cancellation directly within Selro.

  • If a courier does not support in-platform cancellations, you will need to cancel the label directly through the courier’s portal.
