📦 How to Partially Fulfil an Order in Selro

Selro allows you to partially fulfil orders by duplicating the original order and selecting specific line items to process.

⚠️ Note: Most marketplaces do not support partial fulfilment updates via API. This means the marketplace order status will only be updated when the original order is fully completed and marked as fulfilled in Selro.

🛠️ Steps to Partially Fulfil an Order

Navigate to Orders → All Orders.

Find the order you want to partially fulfil.

Click Actions → Duplicate Order.

3. Click Actions → Duplicate Order.

In the duplication window, choose the specific line items you want to include in the duplicated order.

You can also manually enter a new order ID if you want to customise this.

A new order screen will appear containing only the selected items.

From this screen, you can generate a shipping label for only the selected items in the new order.

🔁Please note: The original order must still be completed in full for the marketplace to receive tracking and status updates.

We recommend informing your customer that the order has been partially shipped.

Click Actions → Email Order.

- Click Actions → Email Order.

🧹 How to Remove Fulfilled Items from the Original Order

Once the partial shipment is complete, you may want to remove the shipped item(s) from the original order to keep your records clean.

✅ Steps to Remove Items from the Original Order:

Locate the original order in Selro.

Under the Sale Items section, find the item(s) that have already been fulfilled.

Click the red ❌ (cross) icon next to the line item you want to remove.

1. Locate the original order in Selro.
2. Click Edit.
3. Under the Sale Items section, find the item(s) that have already been fulfilled.
4. Click the red ❌ (cross) icon next to the line item you want to remove.

This will update the order to reflect only the remaining items to be fulfilled.
