📥 Order Import Methods
Selro supports multiple ways to import your orders:
1. CSV File Import
Navigate to: Inventory → Bulk Actions → Upload File Type → Import Orders
Download the sample CSV file provided on the page.
Fill in your order data and upload the file.
2. API Integration
Automatically import orders from connected channels.
To enable this:
Go to your username → Connections
Click Edit on the sales channel (e.g., eBay)
Check Download Orders
🗂️ Order Management Sections
Selro categorizes your orders into clear tabs to simplify tracking and fulfilment:
All Orders – Displays every order regardless of status
Pending Orders – Orders waiting for payment
Unshipped Orders – Paid orders ready for fulfilment
Processing Orders – Organized processing queue, ready for fulfilment
Amazon Prime Orders – Lists Prime orders only
Shipped Orders – Orders that have been fulfilled
Cancelled Orders – Orders cancelled via marketplace or Selro
Fulfilment Processing Status – Shows tracking, courier, and label info submitted to the marketplace.
Non-Merchant Fulfilled Orders – FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) orders
Multichannel FBA Orders – Orders routed to FBA from other channels
✅ Fulfilling Orders in Selro
Follow these steps to fulfil your orders efficiently:
Go to the Unshipped Orders tab
Select the order(s) you wish to fulfil
Print documents as needed:
📄 Pick & Pack List
🧾 Invoice
🚚 Delivery Note
Click Generate Labels
Choose:
Courier
Shipping Service
Service Format
Item Weight & Dimensions
Click Generate Labels
Print your shipping labels
Click Confirm Shipment
📦 Once confirmed:
The order status updates to Shipped
The tracking number is automatically sent to the sales channel
The order appears in the Shipped Orders tab
