Explore Selro's comprehensive order management process by tuning in to our Order Management Webinar. This insightful session will guide you through the intricate details of managing your orders seamlessly. Click the link provided to access the webinar.

Order Import Methods:

  1. CSV File:

    • Navigate to "Inventory" -> "Bulk Actions" -> "Upload File Type," and choose "Import Orders."

    • Download a sample CSV file from the page to fill in your order details.

  1. API Integration:

    • To automatically import orders through the API enable 'order download' in the channel connections section.

    • For example to enable order download for eBay orders, click on your username -> select connections -> edit eBay -> check 'Download Orders.'

Order Management Sections:

  1. All Orders:

    • Displays all orders, regardless of status.

  2. Pending Orders:

    • Lists orders pending payment; automatically moves to 'Unshipped Orders' upon payment receipt.

  3. Unshipped Orders:

    • Displays received orders ready for processing.

  4. Processing Orders:

    • Organize unshipped orders in a processing queue/folder.

  5. Amazon Prime Orders:

    • Showcases all Amazon Prime orders.

  6. Shipped Orders:

    • Displays all successfully shipped orders.

  7. Cancelled Orders:

    • Lists orders canceled on the marketplace or within Selro.

  8. Fulfillment Processing Status:

    • Provides information on shipped orders, including status, tracking number, shipping courier, and service details.

  9. Non-Merchant Fulfilled Orders:

    • Displays your FBA orders.

  10. Multichannel FBA Orders:

  • Shows orders sent to your FBA account and their fulfillment status.

Fulfilling Orders through Selro:

  1. Navigate to the "Unshipped Orders" tab.

  2. Select the order(s) to fulfil.

  3. Print the pick and pack list, invoice, and delivery notes if applicable.

  4. Choose "Generate Labels."

  5. Select the courier, shipping service, service format, and enter item weight and dimensions.

  6. Click "Generate Labels."

  7. Print labels from the next window.

  8. Select "Confirm Shipment."

  9. Upon confirmation, the order status changes to "Shipped," and the tracking number updates on marketplaces.

  10. Find the order in the "Shipped Orders" tab.
