Selro helps you manage multiple orders from the same customer by allowing you to automatically or manually combine them. This simplifies your order processing and can reduce shipping costs.

πŸ”” Automatic Combine Order Alerts

  1. Go to Orders β†’ All Orders

  2. Selro will display a notification alert if there are orders from the same customer that can be combined.

When you see this alert, Selro will display the relevant orders together so you can review and merge them.

πŸ” Manually Search for Orders to Combine

You can also manually check for orders that are eligible to be combined:

  1. Navigate to Orders β†’ Open Orders

  2. Click Other Actions

  3. Select Check Orders to Combine

This will open a pop-up window showing any orders that can be combined. Simply click the Combine button next to the matched orders.

If you've merged orders and need to separate them:

  1. Open the combined order

  2. Click the Uncombine button to split the orders back into their original state
