Selro offers flexible thermal printer setup features, including:

  • βœ… Printing 4x6 customisable pick lists alongside your shipping labels

πŸ“Œ Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

1. Access Printer Settings

  • Navigate to Shipping-> Shipping Carrier Setup

  • Click Set Up against the relevant courier

  • Navigate to the "Printer Setup" tab.

2. Install Selro Printer Client

  • Download and install the Selro Printer Client Software on each computer that will print via a thermal printer.

  • This software must be running for Selro to connect to your printer and send labels automatically.

3. For Staff Accounts

If you’re setting up printers for different user accounts:

  • Go to Shipping-> shipping courier set up-> set up the relevant courier-> printer set up tab

  • Click "Set Up Printers for System Users" to assign printers for each staff login.

Once configured, Selro will automatically send shipping labels (and optional pick lists) to the selected thermal printer after each label is generated.
