πŸ“¦ 1. Creating Shipping Rules Based on Order Value

To set up rules that apply based on the total value, weight, or dimensions of an order:

πŸ”§ Steps:

  1. Go to Shipping β†’ Shipping Rules

  2. Click New Rule and configure the following:

    • Conditions:

      • Shipping Country

      • Shipping postcode

      • Sales Channel Shipping Service

      • Marketplace

      • Listing SKU

      • Order value

      • Shipping charge

      • Weight, length, width, height

    • Action:

      • Choose the shipping courier, service, and service format

    • (Optional) Assign the order to a processing folder or queue

  3. Click Test Rule to check its accuracy using a specific order ID or existing order.

  4. Once verified, the rule will apply automatically to future matching orders. (This rule wont execute on orders already in Selro.)

🧾 Viewing & Applying Rules:

  • Go to Orders β†’ Open Orders

  • The shipping courier and service applied via the rule will be visible here.

  • Use the Shipping Courier filter to bulk process labels for selected carriers.

πŸ–¨οΈ Bulk Printing:

  • Select multiple orders.

  • Click Generate Label.

  • Confirm shipment to mark orders as shipped and send tracking info to the channel.

πŸ“¦ 2. Setting Shipping Rules at the Product Level

If you want specific shipping methods to apply to individual products:

πŸ”§ Steps:

  1. Navigate to Inventory β†’ Inventory & Listings

  2. Click Edit on the product you want to modify.

  3. Go to the Shipping tab.

  4. Add your desired shipping methods based on quantity:

    • Specify the shipping method and service

    • Leave the Quantity blank to apply the method regardless of how many items are purchased.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can use comparison operators in the Quantity field. For example, entering > 10 will trigger the rule only when an order includes a quantity greater than 10.
