Welcome to Selro! Follow the steps outlined in this user guide to seamlessly generate and print your shipping labels within Selro. In this example, we will demonstrate the process using Parcelforce shipping labels, but you can apply the same steps for any shipping courier.

Step 1: Access Unshipped Orders

  1. Navigate to "Orders" and select "Unshipped Orders."

  2. View all orders ready for shipping under this tab.

Step 2: Order Organization (Optional)

If you prefer organizing orders into specific folders or processing queues, refer to our user guide on organizing orders using folders and processing queues.

Step 3: Select Orders for Fulfilment

  1. Choose the order(s) you wish to fulfil.

  2. Utilize available filters to sort orders based on your preferences.

Step 4: Create Labels

  1. Click "Create Labels" after selecting your orders.

  2. Choose the shipping courier for label generation.

Step 5: Label Configuration

  1. A window will appear. Select the shipping service from the drop-down menu.

  2. Enter weight and dimensions for each line item.

    • Note: You can set up shipping rules for pre-populating shipping service and format. Refer to the shipping rules guide.

Step 6: Confirm Label Creation

  1. Once data is entered, click "Create Labels."

  2. A window will appear. Click "Print All Label PDFs" to print your shipping labels.

    • If using integrated labels, select "Print Integrated Labels."

Step 7: Confirm Shipment

  1. After printing labels, click "Confirm Shipment."

  2. The order status in Selro changes from unshipped to shipped.

  3. An update is sent to your channel, indicating the order has been shipped, along with the tracking number for your customer.

Step 8: Check Fulfilment Processing Tab

  1. Close the window and go to the "Fulfilment Processing" tab.

  2. Check the "Feed Status" of the order.

    • Example: "Complete" indicates successful status transmission to the channel, while "Error" signals an issue. For error resolution, contact our support team at [email protected].
