Welcome to Selro! This guide will walk you through the full process of generating and printing shipping labels to streamline your order fulfilment. Whether you’re shipping with Parcelforce, Royal Mail, or any other integrated courier, the steps remain the same.

πŸ“¦ Step-by-Step Guide to Generating Shipping Labels

βœ… Step 1: Access Unshipped Orders

  • Go to Orders β†’ Unshipped Orders

  • This tab displays all orders that are ready for shipping.


πŸ—‚οΈ Step 2: Organise Orders (Optional)


πŸ›’ Step 3: Select Orders for Fulfilment

  • Tick the checkbox next to the order(s) you wish to fulfil. (You can select multiple orders for bulk processing.)

  • Use filters to search by channel, order date, shipping method, etc.


🏷️ Step 4: Create Shipping Labels

  • Click Create Labels at the top of the page.

  • Select your preferred courier (e.g., Parcelforce).


βš™οΈ Step 5: Configure Label Settings

A new window will open:

  • Choose your shipping service from the drop-down menu.

  • Enter the weight and dimensions for each line item.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You can create Shipping Rules to auto-populate shipping service and label settings.

You can also bulk assign the weight and dimensions at the SKU level so these fields are auto populated when generating your label.

πŸ–¨οΈ Step 6: Confirm & Print Labels

  • Click Create Labels

  • Once generated, click Print All Label PDFs

  • For integrated labels (e.g., invoice and label on one page), click Print Integrated Labels


πŸ“¬ Step 7: Confirm Shipment

  • After printing, click Confirm Shipment

  • The order will be marked as Shipped in Selro

  • Tracking details will be automatically updated on the relevant marketplace/channel


πŸ“Š Step 8: Review in Fulfilment Processing

  • Go to the Fulfilment Processing tab

  • Review the Feed Status of each order:

    • Complete = Successfully updated

    • Error = Issue sending data (contact support if needed)
