You can fulfil your orders in Selro by scanning the order ID or product barcode.
To fulfil your orders using this process please follow the steps outlined below.
Please select orders-> Dispatch Console
The below window will then appear
From here you can either scan/ manually enter the order ID.
OR
You can scan or manually enter the item SKU or barcode
By Order ID
If you scan/enter the order number the below window will then appear, you will then be able to select the shipping courier and service you wish to apply and generate your label.
If you have set up shipping rules then your label will be generated and printed automatically following the rules applied.

By Item Barcode.
If you scan the item barcode or enter the product SKU number the below window will then appear.
From here you can select 'process order' for the relevant order.
If you have shipping rules set up then your label will be automatically generated.
If you do not have shipping rules set up then you will be able to select the shipping courier and service that you want to apply.
(For automatic printing to work, please ensure you have enabled this under the shipping connection section)
