📦 Fulfilling Orders by Scanning in Selro
Selro allows you to fulfil orders quickly by scanning either the Order ID or the Product Barcode/SKU. Follow the steps below to process your shipments using the Dispatch Console.

🚀 Step 1: Open the Dispatch Console
From the top menu, go to Orders → Dispatch Console
The Dispatch Console window will open.
🔍 Fulfil by Order ID
Scan or enter the Order ID into the input field.
A shipping window will appear, allowing you to:
Select the shipping courier
Choose the shipping service
Generate your shipping label
✅ With Shipping Rules Enabled:
If you’ve set up shipping rules, Selro will automatically generate and print the label based on those rules.

🏷️ Fulfil by Product Barcode or SKU
Scan or enter the product SKU or barcode.
Selro will identify the matching order(s) and display them on the screen.
3.Click Process Order for the relevant order.
✅ With Shipping Rules:
The label will be generated and printed automatically.
🛠 Without Shipping Rules:
You can manually select the shipping courier and service before generating the label.
⚙️ Auto-Printing Labels
To enable automatic printing, make sure you've enabled this option in the Shipping Connection Settings for your courier.
By using barcode scanning and shipping rules together, you can streamline your fulfilment process and reduce manual handling.
