👀 Viewing Custom Order Details in Selro

When custom order data is available, you’ll see it displayed as follows:

  • For most channels, customisation information appears under the label: "Custom Details" in the Unshipped Orders tab.

  • For eBay, buyer messages are shown as a message icon (inbox)—hover over the icon to view the message.

🛍️ Special Setup for Amazon Custom Orders

Amazon requires an extra step to make custom order details visible in Selro. These details are not enabled by default in Amazon reports, so you need to update your Amazon Seller Central settings:

🔧 Steps to Enable Amazon Custom Order Details

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central.

  2. Go to Orders → Order Reports.

  3. Click Add or Remove Order Report Columns.

  4. Under Optional Columns, check the box for Customisation Info.

  5. Save your changes.

📥 Test the Setup

  • Run a test order report export from Seller Central.

  • Download the report to confirm that the Customisation Info is included.

    • This info often contains a link to a ZIP file with the customisation data.

🔄 Sync with Selro

Once confirmed:

  1. Return to your Selro dashboard.

  2. Go to the Order View.

  3. Trigger a manual Amazon order download for the last "X" days to import the updated custom order information.
