πŸ“¦ Create an Order from the Order Management Page

  1. Navigate to Orders β†’ All Orders.

  2. Click Create New Order.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Create a New Order

    • Duplicate an Existing Order

  4. Select the Sales Channel for the order (e.g., Telesales, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).

  5. Enter the Customer Information and Order Details.

  6. Click Create Order, and Select the order status, to complete the process.


πŸ›’ Create an Order from the Inventory Page

  1. Go to Inventory β†’ Inventory and Listings.

  2. Locate and select the product you'd like to create the order for.

  3. Click Actions β†’ Create a Telesales Order.

  4. Fill in the required Customer Details.

  5. Click Create Order to finalise the telesales order.
