To see a step-by-step guide, check out our tutorial video on setting up Folders And Processing Queues In Selro:

πŸ“ Creating Order Folders

Order folders allow you to group and filter orders based on your own criteria (e.g., priority, region, or team).

πŸ”§ How to Create a Folder

  1. Navigate to Orders β†’ Open Orders.

  2. Under the Folder filter, click the Edit link.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Click Create Folder, then name your new folder.

βœ… You can create as many folders as needed.

πŸ“Œ Assigning Orders to a Folder

  1. In the Open Orders view, select the orders you want to move.

  2. Click Other Actions β†’ Move to Folder.

  3. Choose the desired folder from the pop-up window.

Once assigned, you’ll see a folder tag on each order. You can also use the Folder filter to view orders in a specific folder.

βš™οΈ Automate Folder Assignment with Shipping Rules

Selro allows you to automatically assign incoming orders to folders based on custom shipping rules.

πŸ”„ Creating Processing Queues

Processing queues are used to group orders that are actively being worked onβ€”ideal for teams or warehouse processing flows.

πŸ› οΈ How to Create a Processing Queue

  1. Go to Orders β†’ All Orders β†’ Processing Queues.

  2. Under the Processing Queue filter, click Edit.

  3. In the window that appears, view existing queues or create a new one by entering a queue name.

βž• Assigning Orders to a Processing Queue

  1. Go to the Unshipped Orders tab.

  2. Select the orders you want to move.

  3. Click Add to Processing Queue.

  4. Choose an existing queue or create a new one.

Once assigned, the order will:

  • Disappear from the Unshipped tab

  • Appear in the Processing tab

  • Display a processing queue tag

You can filter orders by processing queue from the Processing Orders tab.

βš™οΈ Automate Queue Assignment with Shipping Rules

Just like folders, you can use shipping rules to automatically assign orders to processing queues upon import.

🧹 Automatic Clearing of Processing Queues

By default, Selro will automatically clear orders from the processing queue once:

  • The order is marked as fulfilled, and

  • Shipping details are sent to the sales channel.

πŸ›‘ Want to Keep Orders in the Queue After Fulfilment?

If you prefer to manually clear orders after fulfilment:

  1. Go to your Username β†’ Settings β†’ Orders tab.

  2. Untick the option:
"Automatically Clear Orders from the Processing Tab after Orders are Fulfilled"

This ensures orders remain in the processing queue until you manually remove them.
