Once you have created your folder you can assign orders to your folder by selecting the relevant orders-> select other actions-> move to folder

Once you have assigned your orders to the relevant folders you can use the 'folder' filter to view specific orders.

Once an order has been assigned to a folder the 'folder tag' will appear as pictured below.

Once you have created your processing queue please go to the unshipped orders tab.

From here you can select the relevant orders and click 'add to processing queue'

From here you will be able to select the processing queue you have created, or you will have the option create a new processing queue at this point.

Once you have moved your orders to the processing queue please go back to the 'processing orders' tab

From here you can filter by processing queue, when an order has been assigned to a processing queue it will no longer be visible under the 'unshipped orders tab' and the processing queue tag will be displayed on the order line as pictured below.

You can also set shipping rules so your orders are automatically assigned to specific processing queues when they import into Selro.

Automatic Clearing of Processing Folder

Orders in the processing folders will be automatically cleared once the order is processed and shipping details are sent to sales channels. This is the default behaviour. However if you want to keep the orders in the processing folder after the order is shipped , please enable the below setting under Settings -> Orders tab. You have to manually clear the orders once the orders are processed.

Please untick 'Automatically Clear Orders from the processing tab after orders are fulfilled'
