πŸ› οΈ Steps to Customise Order Numbers

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of Selro.

  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to the Orders tab.

✏️ Custom Order ID Settings

In the Order Settings section, you'll see the following fields:

  • Order Prefix – Add a custom prefix (e.g., WEB-, AMZ-, etc.)

  • Order ID Sequence – Set the starting number for your order IDs (e.g., 1000)

  • Order Suffix – Add a suffix to appear at the end of your order numbers (e.g., -UK)

Selro will generate new order numbers using this format:

[Prefix][Order Sequence][Suffix]
Example: WEB-1000-UK

πŸ“Œ Note: These custom order IDs will be applied to all new orders imported into Selro going forward.
