🔄 Order Status Sync by Channel
When you cancel an order in Selro, the cancellation will automatically sync to the following marketplaces:
Amazon
Shopify
eBay
TikTok
BigCommerce
OnBuy
Visualsoft
⚠️ For all other marketplaces, cancelling the order in Selro will only update the status within Selro.
You’ll need to manually cancel the order directly in those marketplaces.
📦 Returning Cancelled Order Stock to Inventory
When cancelling an order in Selro, you’ll have the option to return the cancelled item(s) to stock. This will update your inventory levels automatically within Selro.
🛠️ Steps to Cancel an Order in Selro
Navigate to the Orders page. (Orders-> All Orders)
Select the order you want to cancel.
Click on Actions, then choose Edit.
Click the Cancel button.
Choose a reason for cancelling the order.
To return the item to stock, tick the checkbox: ‘Add stock back’.
Confirm the cancellation.
✅ The order will now appear under the Cancelled Orders tab in your Orders page.
