If you fulfil your orders outside of Selro your order status will automatically update but it can be delayed as this process is not completed directly in Selro.

To quickly update the status of your order please select your order -> select actions-> select redownload order

This will refresh the order status in Selro for this single order.

To update the status of all of your orders please select other actions-> Download orders from channels

You can then select the marketplaces you want to redownload your orders from and specify the time frame, e.g download orders from the last 7 days
