π οΈ How to Refresh Order Status in Selro
If you fulfil orders outside of Selro (e.g., via your warehouse, 3PL, or directly on the channel), the order status will automatically update in Selro. However, this update may be delayed since it is not triggered directly within Selro.
To ensure you have the latest order status, you can manually refresh it using the steps below:
π Refresh a Single Order
Go to the Orders -> All Orders
Select the relevant order.
Click on Actions.
Choose Redownload Order.
π This will refresh the order status for the selected order only.
π Refresh All Orders
Go to the Orders -> All Orders
Click on Other Actions.
Select Download Orders from Channels.
In the pop-up window:
Select the marketplaces you wish to update.
Choose the time frame (e.g., last 7 days).
π This will redownload all orders from the selected marketplaces within the chosen date range and refresh their statuses in Selro.
