🔄 Re-Download Listings to Import New Images into Selro
If you've updated product images in your marketplace and want those changes reflected in Selro, follow the steps below to re-download the listing and import the new images.
📍 Step 1: Navigate to Active Listings
In your Selro dashboard, go to:
Inventory → Inventory & Listings → Manage Listings
Click on the Active Listings tab.
✅ Step 2: Select Listings to Re-Download
Tick the checkbox next to the listings you want to update.
Click on the Other Actions dropdown.
Select Re-Download the Selected Listings.
📸 This action will overwrite the listing details for the selected products in Selro and import the latest images from your marketplace.
🔍 Step 3: Confirm Updated Images
Once the re-download is complete:
Go to Inventory → Inventory & Listings
Edit the relevant product
Navigate to the Listings tab
Click Edit next to the specific channel to review the imported details and images.
📝 Note: Only the images will be updated in the general product information. Your product’s core details in Selro (such as title, price, and stock level) will remain unchanged.
