✅ Stock Synchronisation Setup Checklist for New Users

This checklist is designed to help you ensure stock synchronisation is correctly set up in your Selro account.

1. Import Your Products

  • Ensure that all your products have been imported into Selro from every connected marketplace.

2. Check SKU Consistency

  • Confirm that each product has the same SKU reference across all marketplaces.

    • Selro uses the SKU (or Custom Label on eBay) to sync stock accurately.

3. Enable Stock Synchronisation

  • Make sure that stock synchronisation is enabled for each connected marketplace.

    • ⚠️ Note: Order download must also be enabled for stock sync to function.

  • You can verify this by going to:
    Inventory → Inventory Synchronise

🔍 Troubleshooting Stock Sync Issues

If your stock levels aren’t syncing as expected, review the points below:

✅ SKU Matching

  • Are your products using the same SKU across all marketplaces?

✅ Supplier Feed

  • Have you set up a supplier in Selro?

  • Is your supplier feed enabled?
This can automatically update your stock levels.

✅ FBA Integration

  • Are you using Amazon FBA?

  • Have you enabled FBA for stock synchronisation within Selro?

    • If enabled, Selro will update your FBM stock based on FBA stock.

✅ Master Inventory Settings

  • Is stock synchronisation enabled for your marketplaces?

  • Have you changed your master inventory to a specific marketplace?

    • If so, stock updates need to be made from that marketplace.

✅ Bundled Products

  • Have you created bundled products?

    • When a component product is updated or sold, Selro will automatically update stock for all linked bundle items.
