📦 How to Use Inventory SKU When Importing Orders into Selro
If your inventory SKUs differ from your listing SKUs, you can enable a setting in Selro to ensure orders are imported using the inventory SKU instead of the listing SKU.
This is particularly useful for businesses that manage internal SKUs separately from what is shown on their marketplaces.
✅ What This Feature Does
When enabled:
Selro will display and process inventory SKUs on incoming orders.
It will not use the listing SKU shown on the marketplace.
💡 This helps maintain consistency in your stock management when listing SKUs differ across channels.
🔧 How to Enable "Display Inventory SKU"
Click on your username in the top-right corner of your Selro dashboard.
Go to Settings.
Select the Orders tab.
Enable the checkbox: Display Inventory SKU.
Once enabled, all newly imported orders will display your Selro inventory SKU instead of the listing SKU.
