📝 Adding Internal Notes to Orders in Selro
Internal notes are a great way to keep track of order-related details that are only visible to your team. These notes are not shared with customers and can be added, viewed, and managed directly from the order view.

🔹 How to Add an Internal Note
Navigate to Orders → All Orders.
Locate the order you'd like to update.
Click the speech bubble icon next to the order.
4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter your note in the text field and click Save.
✅ Once a note is added, the speech bubble will change colour to indicate that an internal note is present.
🔹 Viewing Existing Notes
To view previous internal notes:
Click the speech bubble icon again.
A list will appear showing:
The note content
The date/time it was added
The Selro user who created the note
🔹 Viewing All Notes from the Order Edit Screen
You can also access all internal notes from the order details view:
Click Edit on the order.
2. Select the Comments tab to see the full note history.
