To add internal notes onto your orders in Selro please follow the steps outlined below.

Please go to orders-> all orders-> click on the speech bubble (as pictured below)

The below window will then appear, please enter your order note here and click save.

When an order has an internal note the speech bubble will change colour to indicate this. (as pictured below.)

If you click on the speech bubble you will be able to see past order notes here, when the note was entered and which user entered the order note.

You can also see all internal notes if you edit the order

And then select the 'comments tab' all past order notes will appear here.
