π Adding Internal Notes to Orders in Selro
Internal notes are a great way to keep track of order-related details that are only visible to your team. These notes are not shared with customers and can be added, viewed, and managed directly from the order view.

πΉ How to Add an Internal Note
Navigate to Orders β All Orders.
Locate the order you'd like to update.
Click the speech bubble icon next to the order.
4. A pop-up window will appear. Enter your note in the text field and click Save.
β Once a note is added, the speech bubble will change colour to indicate that an internal note is present.
πΉ Viewing Existing Notes
To view previous internal notes:
Click the speech bubble icon again.
A list will appear showing:
The note content
The date/time it was added
The Selro user who created the note
πΉ Viewing All Notes from the Order Edit Screen
You can also access all internal notes from the order details view:
Click Edit on the order.
2. Select the Comments tab to see the full note history.
