🔗 Connecting Your TikTok Account to Selro

Follow these simple steps to connect your TikTok Seller account to Selro:

In your Selro account, click on your username in the top-right corner.

Navigate to the Connections section.

Under Marketplaces, select Add TikTok.

Click Connect your TikTok Seller Account.

From the list of available marketplaces, select the TikTok region/site you wish to connect.

You will be redirected to the TikTok Seller Centre – select your account type.

Log in using your TikTok seller credentials.

Once connected, return to Selro and click Test Connection to ensure setup is successful.

3. Under Marketplaces, select Add TikTok.

4. Click Connect your TikTok Seller Account.
5. From the list of available marketplaces, select the TikTok region/site you wish to connect.

6. You will be redirected to the TikTok Seller Centre – select your account type.

7. Log in using your TikTok seller credentials.

8. Follow the onscreen installation steps. 

9. Once connected, return to Selro and click Test Connection to ensure setup is successful.

Click Download TikTok Catalogue to begin importing your existing products.

⏱️ Note: Importing can take up to one hour.

💡 Pro Tip: Keep the checkbox enabled to automatically sync new products from TikTok to Selro every 24–48 hours.

⚠️ Note: Historical orders are not imported by default. To import past TikTok orders, please refer to the Bulk Importing Orders Guide linked below.

📋 Listing Products to TikTok via Selro

If you want to list products from Selro to TikTok, you can streamline the process using Listing Profiles.

Pricing Rule (applied to either the selling price or cost price)

- Category ID and Name
- Attribute Name and Value
- Brand
- Warehouse ID
- Pricing Rule (applied to either the selling price or cost price)
