πŸ›’ Integrating Tesco with Selro

Follow the steps below to connect your Tesco account to Selro and begin importing your catalogue and orders.

πŸ”— Step 1: Navigate to Tesco Integration

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the Selro dashboard.

  2. Select Connections from the dropdown menu.

  3. Go to the Marketplaces tab.

  4. Click Add Tesco.


πŸ” Step 2: Enter Your Tesco API Key

On the Tesco integration page, you’ll be prompted to enter your Tesco API Key.

πŸ“₯ To obtain your API key:

  1. Log into your Tesco seller account.

  2. Go to Extensions > API Access.

  3. Click Create API Key.

  4. Copy the generated key and paste it into the API Key field in Selro.


βš™οΈ Step 3: Configure Integration Options

Below the API Key field, you’ll see two checkboxes:

βœ… Download Catalogue

  • Enable this if you'd like Selro to import your Tesco product catalogue.

  • Any new listings added directly in Tesco will be automatically imported into Selro every 24–48 hours.

  • To manually trigger a full catalogue import, click the "Download Tesco Marketplace Catalogue" button.

  • Please allow up to 1 hour for your Tesco listings to appear in your Selro inventory.

βœ… Download Orders


⚠️ Important Note:

You cannot create new listings on Tesco from within Selro.
All new products must be created directly in your Tesco seller account.
