🛒 Integrating Rackhams with Selro
Follow the steps below to connect your Rackhams account to Selro and begin importing your catalogue and orders.

🔗 Step 1: Navigate to Rackhams Integration
Click on your username in the top-right corner of the Selro dashboard.
Select Connections from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Marketplaces tab.
Click Add Rackhams.
🔐 Step 2: Enter Your Rackhams API Key and Store URL
On the Rackhams integration page, you’ll be prompted to enter your API Key and Store URL.
📥 To obtain your API key:
Log into your Rackhams seller account.
Go to Extensions > API Access.
Click Create API Key.
Copy the generated key and paste it into the API Key field in Selro.
⚙️ Step 3: Configure Integration Options
Below the API Key field, you’ll see two checkboxes:
✅ Download Catalogue
Enable this if you'd like Selro to import your Rackhams product catalogue.
Any new listings added directly in Rackhams will be automatically imported into Selro every 24–48 hours.
To manually trigger a full catalogue import, click the "Download Rackhams Marketplace Catalogue" button.
Please allow up to 1 hour for your Rackhams listings to appear in your Selro inventory.
✅ Download Orders
Enable this option to automatically import new orders from Rackhams into Selro.

⚠️ Important Note:
You cannot create new listings on Rackhams directly from Selro.
All new products must be created within your Rackhams seller account.
