🛍️ Matalan Integration Guide
Easily connect your Matalan Seller Account with Selro to automate order and stock management. Follow the steps below to set up your integration.
🔗 1. Connect Your Matalan Account
Log in to your Selro account.
Click your username (top-right corner).
Go to Connections → Marketplaces → Add Matalan.

Enter an Account Nickname for internal reference.
Paste your Matalan API Key into the provided field.
💡 Tip: If you’re unsure where to find your API key, contact your Matalan Account Manager for help.
📦 2. Importing Products
To import your product catalogue into Selro:
Tick “Download the catalogue into Selro.”
Click Download Matalan UK Store Catalogue to start the import process.
⏱️ Importing typically takes around one hour.
💡 Pro Tip:
Keep the checkbox enabled to automatically sync new products added in your Matalan account every 24–48 hours.
🧾 3. Importing Orders
To import orders from Matalan into Selro:
Enable “Download the orders into Selro.”
Only new orders (placed after activation) will be imported automatically.
⚠️ Note: Past orders will not be imported automatically.
