🛒 Integrating Marketplacer with Selro
Follow the steps below to connect your Marketplacer account to Selro and begin importing your catalogue and orders.

🔗 Step 1: Navigate to Marketplacer Integration
Click on your username in the top-right corner of the Selro dashboard.
Select Connections from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Marketplaces tab.
Click Add Marketplacer.
🔐 Step 2: Enter Your Marketplacer API Key And Store URL
On the Marketplacer integration page, you’ll be asked to enter your API Key.
📥 To obtain your API key:
Log into your Marketplacer seller account.
Navigate to Extensions > API Access.
Click Create API Key.
Copy the generated key and paste it into the API Key field in Selro.
Enter your Store URL into Selro.
⚙️ Step 3: Configure Integration Options
Below the API Key field, you'll see two checkboxes:
✅ Download Catalogue
Enable this if you'd like Selro to import your Marketplacer product catalogue.
Any new listings added directly to Marketplacer will be imported into Selro every 24–48 hours.
To manually trigger a full catalogue sync, click the "Download Marketplacer Marketplace Catalogue" button.
Please allow up to 1 hour for your Marketplacer listings to appear in Selro inventory.
✅ Download Orders
Enable this to automatically import new orders from Marketplacer into Selro.

⚠️ Important Note:
You cannot create new Marketplacer listings directly from Selro.
All new listings must be created within your Marketplacer seller account.
