🛒 Integrating Temu with Selro
Follow the steps below to connect your Temu account to Selro and begin importing your catalogue and orders.

🔗 Step 1: Navigate to Temu Integration
Click your Username in the top-right corner of the Selro dashboard.
Select Connections from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Marketplaces tab.
Click Add Temu.
🔐 Step 2: Authorise Temu Access
On the Temu integration page, you’ll be prompted to enter your Temu API credentials.
To generate your API Key:
In your Temu seller account, go to Apps and Services from the left-hand menu, then click App Store.
In the search bar, type Selro and select Authorise.
Enable the option:
"I direct Temu to provide Selro access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application."Click Submit.
🔄 Step 3: Connect Your Selro Account
A login window will appear. Enter your Selro account credentials and click Connect.
Next, enter an Account Nickname and select your Temu Site Region.
🚚 Step 4: Set Up Carrier Mapping (Optional)
If you plan to fulfil Temu orders via Selro:
Scroll to the Carrier Mapping section.
Match your Selro Carrier Names to the corresponding Approved Temu Carrier Names.
📦 Step 5: Import Your Catalogue (Optional)
To import your Temu product catalogue into Selro:
Enable the Download Catalogue into Selro toggle.
Click Download Temu Catalogue on the right-hand side.
⏳ Please allow up to 1 hour for the full catalogue to sync. New items added in Temu will auto-import into Selro within 24–48 hours if this option remains enabled.
🧾 Step 6: Enable Order Download
To begin receiving new Temu orders in Selro:
Enable the Download Orders option.
From this point forward, all new Temu orders will be automatically imported into Selro.
