If you receive this error when listing products to eBay, it usually means that Selro does not have all the information required to calculate shipping costs based on the item's weight, dimensions, and package type.
How to Resolve the Issue
In Selro, navigate to eBay Connections.
Open the Listing Profile used for your listings.
Select the Shipping & Payment tab.
Scroll down to the Default Item Weight/Dimensions section.
Ensure that all required fields are completed, including:
Default Item Weight
Item Dimensions (Length, Width, Height)
Package Type
Save the listing profile after making any changes and then try listing the product to eBay again.
When is this Required?
This configuration is only required if your eBay listings use calculated shipping, where shipping costs are determined based on the item's weight, dimensions, and package type.
If you use flat-rate shipping or shipping policies that do not require item dimensions and weight, this setting is not necessary.
