How to integrate your Extensively account within Selro

How to Connect Your Extensively Account in Selro

To connect your Extensively account within Selro, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open Fulfilment Centre Settings

  1. Log in to Selro.

  2. Click your username in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Fulfilment Centres from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Add a New Fulfilment Network

  1. Click Add Fulfilment Network.

  2. Select Scan Global Logistics from the available options.

Step 3: Enter Your Account Details

You will now need to complete the integration details:

  • Fulfilment Centre Name
    Enter a name for the fulfilment centre. This is for internal reference within Selro only.

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • User Login Customer ID

  • Facility ID

    Once complete please click test connect and then save.

If you do not have these credentials, please contact your account manager at Extensively, who will be able to provide them.

Step 4: Configure Automatic Order Fulfilment (Optional)

If you would like Selro to automatically send orders to Extensively for fulfilment:

  1. Enable the checkbox:

    • Automatically Fulfil Orders

Marketplace-Specific Automation

If you only want orders from certain marketplaces to be sent automatically:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Enable automatic fulfilment for the required sales channels.

Only orders from the selected marketplaces will be automatically sent to Extensively.

Step 5: Enable the Integration

To make the integration live:

  1. Ensure the Enable checkbox is selected.

Viewing Orders Sent to Extensively

To view all orders that have been sent to this fulfilment centre:

  1. Open the Fulfilment Centre Orders tab.

All orders sent to Extensively will appear here.


Sending Orders Manually

If you prefer to manually select which orders are sent to Extensively, follow these steps instead of enabling automatic fulfilment.

Step 1: Open Your Orders

Navigate to:

Orders β†’ Open Orders

Step 2: Select Orders

  1. Select the orders you want to send to Extensively.

  2. Click Fulfilment Warehouses.

  3. Select your Extensively account.

A fulfilment configuration window will then appear.

Step 3: Configure the Fulfilment Order

Within this window, you can:

  • Map your inventory SKU to the fulfilment SKU

  • Choose when the order should be shipped:

    • Immediately

    • On hold until a specified time

  • Select the shipping method to apply

Step 4: Preview the Fulfilment Order

Click Preview Fulfilment Order to review:

  • Fulfilment fees

  • Shipping category

  • Shipping weight

  • Shipping date

Step 5: Send the Order

Once you are happy with the information:

  1. Click Send to Extensively in the top-right corner.


Monitoring Order Status

To monitor the status of orders sent via the 3PL integration:

  1. Open the 3PL Orders tab.

Here you will be able to view:

  • Order status

  • Shipment status

  • Shipped date for each order
