Follow the steps outlined below to seamlessly integrate your Etsy account into Selro:
Begin by selecting your username located in the top right-hand corner.
Navigate to 'connections' and then click on 'Marketplaces.'
Click on 'Add Etsy' to initiate the integration process.
Generate an 'Etsy Token' by selecting the corresponding option.
Log into your Etsy account.
Choose 'Allow Access' to grant Selro the necessary permissions.
Click 'Next' to proceed.
To import your orders into Selro:
Ensure that 'Download Orders into Selro' is enabled.
To import your product catalogue:
Make sure 'Download the catalogue into Selro' is enabled.
Decide whether to download inactive items into Selro. If not enabled, Selro will only download active products.
Choose to 'Make Items Inactive for out-of-stock items.' If enabled, Selro will make the item active when it is back in stock.
Select the default shipping profile and the language of your Etsy shop.
After integration, test the connection to ensure successful integration with Etsy.
To import your product catalogue, make sure the relevant options are enabled, and then select 'Download Catalogue.'
Note: It may take up to an hour for all your products to be imported into Selro.
You also have the option to create new listings to Etsy from this section. (refer to our listing user guide for more details).
You can also remove all your Etsy listings from Selro if needed.
If you plan to list products from Selro to Etsy:
Set up listing profiles to streamline the process.
Choose Etsy category, Etsy store category, etc., for your listings. When creating a new listing from Selro to Etsy, this profile will automatically populate relevant information.
