π¦ FBA Stock Synchronisation in Selro
Selro makes it easy to keep your Amazon FBA stock levels in sync with your inventory and sales channels. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set this up and how the synchronisation process works.
π§ Step 1: Connect Your FBA Account
Click your username in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Fulfilment Centre from the dropdown menu.
Click Add Fulfilment Centre and choose Amazon FBA.
Enter your FBA account details and connect the account.
Once added, youβll see the option to Enable Stock Sync β make sure this is switched on as this is mandatory for the stock sync to work.
π How FBA Stock Sync Works
Once enabled, Selro will automatically sync your FBA inventory quantities every 6 hours.
This means the quantity in your FBA account will be pulled into Selro every 6 hours.
Stock sync is based on SKU matching. If your product SKUs in Selro and FBA are the same, the stock levels will sync automatically.

π FBA Order Downloads (Optional)
If you enable FBA Order Download, Selro will automatically:
Import any orders placed on Amazon FBA.
Reduce the stock in Selro and on your connected sales channels (e.g., eBay, Shopify) within 15 minutes of the order being placed.
This ensures all your sales channels reflect up-to-date stock after each FBA sale.
π Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) via FBA
If youβve enabled Multi-Channel Fulfilment:
Orders placed on other platforms (e.g., eBay, WooCommerce) will be imported into Selro.
Selro will then automatically send these orders to FBA for fulfilment.
The stock level in your FBA account will be reduced accordingly.
This process typically takes around 30 minutes from order placement to fulfilment request.
