Holland & Barrett Integration

This guide explains how to connect your Holland & Barrett seller account with Selro so you can import products and orders directly into your Selro account.

Follow the steps below to link your Holland & Barrett account:

Connections → Marketplaces → Add Holland & Barrett

If you do not have your API key, you will need to obtain it from your Holland & Barrett account.

To locate your API key within your Holland & Barrett account:

Once entered, save the connection to complete the integration.

To import your Holland & Barrett catalogue into Selro:

Download the catalogue into Selro

Your products will begin importing into Selro.

Import Time:
The catalogue import usually takes around 1 hour, depending on the size of your catalogue.

Pro Tip:
If you keep this option enabled, Selro will automatically check for and import any new products added in Holland & Barrett every 24–48 hours.

To start importing orders from Holland & Barrett:

Download the orders into Selro

Once enabled, new orders placed on Holland & Barrett will automatically import into Selro.

Important:
Only new orders placed after enabling the connection will be imported. Historical orders will not automatically sync.

If you need to import past Holland & Barrett orders, you can do so using Selro’s bulk order import tool.
