Are you receiving “fulfillment service is not defined for your shop” when you attempt to Push your products from Selro into Shopify?

Currently, you do not have a fulfillment service defined in your settings.

To solve this issue, please login to your Shopify account

Just create a fake fulfillment service by using the directions below, and that should fix this error.

Go to your store admin >> settings >> shipping >> at the bottom is “accounts and integrations

On the next page click “customer order fulfillment”

Then just enter an email and a name for the service. (You are the only one that will see this)

That is should fix the above error. That “fulfillment service” will now be available to use in Selro.

Go back into Selro and click download Shopify catalogue and this should bring latest fulfilment services configured
