The below article explains how to setup you Selro account for Amazon MCF (Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfilment) and seller fulfilment for same seller SKUs based on certain shipping criteria. e.g Fulfil all domestic orders via Amazon MCF and all international orders via your own carrier shipping.

First please connect your Amazon FBA warehouse into Selro by going into Fulfilment centre section and add your FBA warehouses.

Please disable the MCF Auto Fulfilment as you will be manually fulfilling orders via MCF or own carriers based on the certain shipping scenarios.

Please enabled the 'Multi-Channel Stock sync' setting. This will keep all your sales channels with the stock from FBA warehouse and from your own warehouse.

For each FBA seller SKU, you have to add your own warehouse location and allocate the stock levels that you will be fulfilling using your own shipping acrriers.

For this please open the inventory item and go to the 'Locations' tab and assign location and stock level.

Finally if you are using different SKUs for your Amazon FBA items and different SKUs for your warehouse inventory items, please map both SKUs by going into Inventory -> Fulfilment Inventory tab ->Merchant SKU Mappings

When you fulfil orders you can either select 'Fulfilment by Fulfilment Warehouse' or to use your own carrier, please click 'Create Labels' and select the carrier to ship the items.
