To prevent your Royal Mail C&D tracking number from being transmitted back to your marketplace, kindly follow the steps provided below:

  1. Navigate to the "Shipping" section and access the "Shipping Courier Setup."

  2. Click on Click & Drop "Settings"

  3. Choose the "Shipping Services" tab and locate the section titled "Channel Shipping Service Mapping."

  4. Select the "Edit" option within the "Channel Shipping Service Mapping" section.

  5. In this menu, you can specify the channels to which you do not wish to send the tracking data.

  6. After making your selections, be sure to click on the "Save" button
