This guide explains how to view, manage, update, and create listings across your connected sales channels within Selro.

The Manage Listings section provides complete control over your marketplace listings, including:

To view and manage your channel listings, navigate to:

The first tab displayed is Active Listings.

This section shows all currently live marketplace listings.

You can use multiple filters to narrow down your search, including:

This makes it easy to locate specific products or marketplace listings quickly.

Once you have filtered and selected your products, several bulk actions are available.

This option sends the latest product information from Selro to the selected marketplace.

For most marketplaces, this performs a full listing update.

⚠️ Amazon Exception:
Amazon only receives a partial update including:

This tool allows you to increase or decrease listing prices in bulk by a percentage.

This is useful for:

This option allows you to add or remove listing attributes in bulk.

Enter:

Attribute Name : Attribute Value

Enter only the attribute name.

First select the marketplace/channel you wish to update before applying changes.

You can create new marketplace listings directly from this page.

Selro will then create and publish the new listing.

The Other Actions dropdown provides additional tools.

This reimports the marketplace listing into Selro.

Useful when:

Exports selected listing and product information into an Excel/CSV file for review or reporting.

This removes the listing record from Selro only.

📌 The product itself will remain in your Selro inventory.

The Draft Listings tab displays listings that have been created within Selro but have not yet been published to the marketplace.

If a draft listing contains an issue, an Error message will appear.

This means something must be corrected before the listing can go live.

You can use filters to quickly locate specific draft listings.

You can schedule listings to automatically publish at a future date and time.

Selro will automatically process and publish the listing when the scheduled time is reached.

You can immediately publish draft listings individually or in bulk by selecting:

List to Channel

Additional actions available include:

Export draft listings to an Excel/CSV file.

If issues have already been corrected, you can clear outdated error logs using:

Clear Errors

Deletes selected draft listings only.

📌 Products will remain in your Selro inventory.

Deletes all draft listings from Selro.

The Scheduled Listings tab shows all listings scheduled to go live at a future date and time.

You can still choose to publish listings immediately before their scheduled time by selecting:

List to Channel

Under Other Actions, you can export scheduled listings into an Excel/CSV file.

This tab displays all closed marketplace listings.

To relist a product:

A new marketplace listing will then be created.

The marketplace has queued the listing for processing.

The marketplace has started creating the listing and it should go live shortly.
