🛠️ How to Integrate Your Channels
Log into your Selro account.
Click on your username in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Select ‘Connections’ from the dropdown menu.
Under the ‘Marketplaces’ and ‘E-commerce Stores’ tabs, you'll see a list of available integration channels.
Click on your chosen platform to begin the setup process.
🎯 Key Integration Tips
💡 Trial Period Access:
During your free trial, you can connect up to 20 different channels.🧾 Multiple Accounts per Channel:
You can connect multiple accounts from the same marketplace, such as multiple eBay or Amazon stores, to a single Selro account.
🧠 Understanding Master Channel & Stock Sync
🏁 First Integrated Channel = Master Source
The first marketplace you integrate becomes the primary source (or ‘master’) for product data.
For example, if you connect Amazon UK before Amazon DE, Selro will set your product language and details based on the UK listings.🔄 Stock Sync Rules
If products share the same SKU across different marketplaces, Selro will use the stock quantity from the first integrated marketplace once stock synchronisation is enabled.
⏱️ Automated Catalogue Imports
If the ‘Download Catalogue’ option is left enabled during integration, any new products added directly to your sales channels will be automatically imported into Selro within 24–48 hours.
