To seamlessly integrate your marketplace, please follow the steps outlined below:
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner.
Navigate to 'Connections' and find the available channels under the 'Marketplaces' and 'E-commerce Stores' tabs.
During your trial period, you can integrate with up to 20 different channels. Once you subscribe, enjoy the flexibility of integrating with an unlimited number of channels.
Feel free to integrate multiple accounts per marketplace, such as multiple eBay or Amazon stores within your Selro account.
Keep in mind that the marketplace you integrate first becomes the 'master' for product details. For example, if integrating both an Amazon UK and Amazon DE account, downloading the Amazon UK channel first will set the product details language to English.
This principle extends to stock levels. If products share the same SKU number across marketplaces, the stock count from the first integrated marketplace will be used once stock synchronization is enabled.
If you leave the 'Download Catalogue' checkbox enabled, any new items added directly to your channel will automatically import into Selro within 24-48 hours.
