Overview
Different sales channels use different item condition values when creating listings. Selro allows you to map your inventory item conditions to the corresponding condition values required by each sales channel.
By configuring these mappings, Selro will automatically send the correct item condition when creating new listings, helping to ensure your listings are published successfully and accurately across all connected marketplaces.
Why Use Item Condition Mapping?
Each marketplace has its own condition terminology.
For example:
Selro Inventory Condition | Reverb Condition |
New/Brand New | Brand New |
Used Like New | Excellent |
Used Very Good | Very Good |
Used Good | Good |
Used Acceptable | Fair |
Without condition mapping, listings may be rejected or assigned an incorrect condition when published to a sales channel.
Please note: This feature is only available for following sales channels.

After completing the mappings:
Click Save.
Selro will store the mappings for the selected sales channel.
The mappings will then be used automatically whenever new listings are created for that channel.
How the Mapping Is Used
When a listing is created:
Selro reads the item condition stored on the inventory item.
Selro checks the configured condition mapping.
The corresponding marketplace condition is selected automatically.
The listing is submitted to the sales channel using the mapped condition value.
