Update Selling Prices

There are several ways you can amend your prices in Selro you can either do this individually by SKU or in bulk via the UI or via a CSV upload.

To update the price for a single SKU please follow the steps outlined below.

Please select inventory-> inventory & listings

Next please select 'edit price' for the product you want to update

The below page will then appear, from here you can update the price displayed in Selro inventory, and the individual listing price per channel.

If you want to update your prices in bulk from the UI, you can do this either from the manage inventory page, or the manage listings page.

To update the price from the manage inventory page please follow the steps outlined below.

Please select inventory-> inventory & listings-> bulk select your products-> bulk update-> bulk price update.

(When selecting your products you can use the filter tools on the left hand side to bulk select specific products, this can be based on the marketplace they are listed to, brand, categories etc. )

The below page will then be displayed, from here you can amend the price and then select update changes to channels.

To update your prices from the manage listings page please follow the steps outlined below.

Please select Inventory-> inventory & listings-> Manage Listings

From here please make sure you are on the active listings tab and filter by channel to select which channel you want to update your prices to.

Next please select 'bulk revise prices'

The below page will then appear from here you can bulk increase or decrease your prices based on a percentage.

To update your prices via a CSV file please follow the steps outlined below.

Please select inventory-> bulk actions

Select the file type 'Update Inventory Prices by SKU'

Please click on the link below to download a sample file to see the format your upload needs to be in.

Your headers need to follow a specific pattern.

You MUST include the headers sku and selling_price

(If you want to upload your prices by barcode rather than sku reference please enter ean instead of sku and upload using the file type 'update inventory price by barcode)

If you want to update the prices to your channels too you can include headers such as:

ebay-uk, ebay-uk, amazon-uk, amazon-us etc. for eBay please enter the full country name and for Amazon please enter the country code format. The attached file below gives further examples of this.

For other channels please enter as:

shopify, etsy, bigcommerce, etc.

You can download a sample file below.

You can also bulk update prices to your channels from under the connection settings.

Please click on your username-> select connections-> edit your channel-> select 'other actions' -> bulk import product details

The below page will the appear.

From here you can either download a sample file or create your own CSV file using the available field headers pictured below.

If you are only updating the prices please include the headers SKU and selling_price.
