Setting up your product catalogue in Selro is a straightforward process that can be accomplished through either channel integration or CSV file import. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

Importing via Channel Integration:

  1. Click on your username.

  2. Navigate to "Connections" and select "Edit" on the relevant channel.

  3. Enable the "Catalogue Download/Product Download" checkbox on this page.

  4. Alternatively, you can click the "Download Product Catalogue" button (please note that the button name may vary slightly depending on the channel).

  5. The import process typically takes around an hour for your catalogue to be imported into Selro.

Importing via CSV File:

  1. Go to "Inventory" and choose "Inventory & Listings."

  2. Select "Bulk Actions."

  3. Choose the file type as "General CSV File."

  4. You can download a sample file from this page, please populate this file and upload.

  5. The processing time for your import file is typically between 20-30 minutes, though it may take longer based on the number of products in the upload.

  6. Each CSV upload allows a maximum of 10,000 lines.

Adding a single item into Selro:

  1. Go to "Inventory" and choose "Inventory & Listings."

  2. Click the button "New Product"

  3. Enter your product details

  4. Click "Create" you can then edit this new product to add additional information.

Important Notes:

  • If your products share the same SKU reference on different marketplaces, they will automatically link together for stock keeping purposes upon import.

  • When downloading the catalogue, ensure you choose your best catalogue first, as this will be the product information displayed within Selro.

  • If your products have distinct listing titles and descriptions, this information will still be visible under the "Product Listing" tab in Selro. (Inventory-> Inventory & Listings-> Manage Listings)

By following these steps, you can efficiently set up your product catalogue in Selro, whether through channel integration or CSV file import.
