Follow the steps below to seamlessly integrate your Bol.com account with Selro:
Step 1: Navigate to Bol.com Connection
Log in to your Selro account.
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner.
Select "Connections," then choose "Marketplaces."
Click on "Add Bol.com."
Step 2: Enter Account Details
Enter your account nickname for reference within Selro.
Provide your BOL API keys. If you're unsure where to find this information, kindly reach out to your Bol.com account manager.
Step 3: Test Connection
After entering your account information, click "Test Connection" to ensure successful integration.
Step 4: Download Bol.com Catalogue
Enable the checkbox for 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'
Select the button 'Download BOL Marketplace Catalogue.' This action imports all Bol.com products into Selro, usually completing within approximately 1 hour.
Step 5: Download Orders into Selro
Enable the checkbox for 'Download the orders into Selro.'
This action initiates the import of new orders from Bol.com. Note that past orders will not be imported into the system.
Optional: Importing Past Orders
For importing past orders into Selro, follow the steps outlined in the user guide below, specifically addressing the "Bulk Import Orders" section.
Important Note:
Keep in mind that you cannot create new listings from Selro to Bol.com. Selro allows you to update the price and quantity for existing listings on Bol.com.
