To connect your Reverb account in Selro please follow the steps outlined below.
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner.
Choose 'Connections' and then select 'Marketplaces'.
Click on 'Add Reverb'.
Next, select 'Connect Your Reverb Seller Account'.
Enter your login details and connect.
Once connected, select 'Test Connection' to ensure your account has been successfully connected.
Importing Products:
Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'
Select 'Download Reverb catalogue' to import your products into Selro.
The import process typically takes around an hour.
Pro Tip: Keeping the checkbox enabled ensures that any new products added directly to Reverb will be automatically imported into Selro every 24-48 hours.
Importing Orders:
Enable 'Download the orders into Selro.'
New orders placed after enabling this feature will be imported into Selro.
Please note that past orders will not be automatically imported.
