To integrate Discogs with Selro, kindly follow the steps provided below:

Connecting Discogs to Selro:

  1. Click on your username located in the top-right corner of Selro.

  2. Navigate to "Connections" and choose "Marketplaces."

  3. Add Discogs to your marketplace connections.

Account Authorization:

  1. Click on "Connect Discogs."

  2. Select "Next" to proceed.

  3. Authorize the connection by following the prompted steps.

  4. Click "Test Connection" to ensure your account is successfully connected.

Catalogue Download:

  1. Enable 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'

  2. Select 'Download Discogs catalogue' to initiate the import of your products. Allow approximately one hour for the process to complete.

Automatic Catalogue Updates:

  1. Keep the checkbox enabled to ensure automatic import of any new products added directly to Discogs into Selro every 24-48 hours.

Order Download:

  1. Enable 'Download the orders into Selro' to initiate the import of Discogs orders.

  2. Note that only new orders placed after enabling this field will be imported into Selro.

Importing Past Orders:

  1. Understand that past orders won't be automatically imported.

  2. Refer to the user guide's 'Bulk Import Orders' section for detailed steps on importing past Discogs orders.

Bulk Upload via CSV:

  1. Click on your username in Selro.

  2. Select "Connections" and edit Discogs.

  3. Choose "Other Actions" and then "Import Discogs Inventory File."

You can download a sample file to populate from this page to upload into Selro.
