To seamlessly integrate your Catch account with Selro, follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Step 1: Navigate to Catch Connection
Log in to your Selro account.
Click on your username located in the top right-hand corner.
Select "Connections" and navigate to the "Marketplaces" tab.
Click on 'Add Catch.'
Step 2: Enter Account Details
Enter your account nickname for internal reference within Selro.
Step 3: Catch Key Entry
Enter your Catch key. If you're unsure about locating this information, contact your account manager at Catch.
Step 4: Test Connection
After entering your account information, select 'Test Connection' to ensure successful integration.
Step 5: Catalogue Download
Enable the checkbox for 'Download the catalogue into Selro.'
Select 'Download Catch Marketplace catalogue' to import all your Catch products into Selro. This process typically takes around 1 hour.
Step 6: Order Download
Enable the checkbox for 'Download the orders into Selro.' This will initiate the import of new orders from Catch.
Note that past orders will not be automatically imported into the system.
Step 7: Importing Past Orders
If you wish to import past orders into Selro, follow the steps outlined in the user guide under 'Bulk Import Orders.'
Important Note:
Catch integration supports stock synchronization, price updates, and order management. Currently, creating new listings from Selro to Catch is not supported. To list new products on your Catch store, perform this action directly on your Catch account.
