The Product Level Shipping Rules Export feature allows you to export all shipping rules assigned at the SKU (Product) level from your Selro inventory.

The exported file can be used for:

- Creating backups of your shipping rules

- Reviewing shipping rule assignments

- Bulk editing shipping rules

- Importing shipping rules into another Selro account (where supported)

Prerequisites

Before exporting:

You must have access to the Bulk Exports module.

Product-level shipping rules must already be assigned to your inventory items.

How to Export Product Level Shipping Rules

Step 1 – Navigate to Bulk Exports

From the main menu, select:

Inventory → Bulk Actions

Then select the Bulk Exports tab.

You will see the Export File Types page.

Step 2 – Select the Export Type

From the list of export file types, click:

Product Level Shipping Rules

A panel similar to the one below will be displayed.

This exports Shipping Rules assigned at SKU level.

Click the Export button.

Step 3 – Export Processing

Once the export is requested:

  • Selro creates the export file.

  • The export may take a few seconds depending on the number of products.

Step 4 – Download the Export

Select the Export History tab.

Locate your newly created export.

Once the export status changes to Completed, click Download to save the file to your computer.

Exported Data

The export contains shipping rule information assigned directly to products (SKU level).

Typical information includes:

  • SKU

  • Product Name

  • Shipping Rule

  • Marketplace (where applicable)

  • Warehouse (if applicable)

The exact columns may vary depending on your account configuration.

Notes

  • Only SKU-level shipping rules are exported.

  • Shipping rules assigned at other levels (such as category or default shipping rules) are not included.

  • Products without an assigned product-level shipping rule will not appear in the export.

Best Practices

  • Export shipping rules before making bulk changes.

  • Keep a backup copy of your export for audit purposes.

  • Verify the exported data before using it for bulk updates.

Troubleshooting

No data exported

Possible causes:

  • No products have product-level shipping rules assigned.

  • Filters or permissions restrict access to the products.

Export remains in progress

Large product catalogs may take several minutes to export.

Refresh the Export History page to check the latest status.

Unable to download the file

  • Ensure the export status is Completed.

  • Verify that your browser allows file downloads.

  • Try refreshing the page and downloading again.

This feature provides a quick and efficient way to extract all product-level shipping rule assignments, making it easier to review, back up, and manage shipping configurations across your Selro inventory.
