Step-by-Step Guide:
Identify Duplicate Products:
In the example provided, observe two identical green jumpers with different SKU numbers.
Initiate Product Merge:
Select the product you wish to merge.
Choose the 'Merge Products' option.
Select Similar Item or Use Search Filter:
Selro will highlight a similar item for merging.
Utilize the search filter to find the relevant SKU for merging.
View Merged Product:
After merging, only the 'master' SKU will be visible in Selro inventory.
To view the original SKU, edit the product and go to the Listings tab.
Note on Information Update:
Only stock levels are automatically updated; listing information (title, description, etc.) remains unchanged.
Unmerge Products:
To unmerge, select 'Other' and choose 'Un-merge.'
Bulk Merging:
For bulk merging, navigate to Inventory -> Bulk Actions -> File Type (select 'Merge SKUs') -> Upload your file.

Export Merged Listings:
Export all merged listings by going to Inventory -> Inventory & Listings -> Other Actions -> Export All Merged Listings.
Download Report:
The export file takes approximately 20 minutes to process.
Once complete, download the report from Inventory -> Bulk Actions -> Bulk Exports.
