🧾 Bulk Importing HS Codes in Selro
Selro allows you to bulk import HS (Harmonised System) export and import codes for your products to streamline international shipping and customs processes. Follow the steps below to bulk upload HS codes using a CSV file.
🔍 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Navigate to the Inventory Section
📂 Go to: Inventory → Inventory & Listings from the Selro dashboard.
2️⃣ Access the Shipping Tab
🛠️ Select and edit any product from your inventory.
🚚 Click on the Shipping tab within the product details page.
3️⃣ Open the Bulk Import Window
🔗 Click the blue link titled "Bulk Import" under the HS Code field.
🪟 A new window will open for bulk uploading HS codes.
4️⃣ Prepare Your CSV File
📄 Create a CSV file with the following headers:
SKU– 🆔 Product identifierhs_code– 🌍 Export HS codehs_code_import– 📦 Import HS code
📌 Ensure the file contains no more than 10,000 lines.
5️⃣ Upload Your CSV File
📤 Use the bulk import window to upload your prepared CSV file.
✅ Click the upload button to begin processing.
6️⃣ Processing Time
⏳ The system usually takes 30 minutes to process the file.
📈 Larger uploads may take longer, depending on the number of SKUs.

📐 File format: Make sure your file is in
.csvformat and encoded in UTF-8🧹 Clean data: Ensure no missing headers or incorrectly formatted data
