Creating a Listing Profile
Creating and submitting the Temu listing from your inventory
Overview
Before listing products on Temu, you must first configure a Listing Profile. This profile defines key information such as category, attributes, pricing rules, and fulfilment settings. Once configured, the profile can be applied to products for faster and consistent listing creation.
Step 1: Create a Temu Listing Profile
1. Navigate to Temu Integration Settings
Go to:
Settings → Integrations → Temu Marketplace
2. Open the Listing Profiles tab
Click the Listing Profiles tab.
3. Create a new listing profile
Click New Listing Profile to create a new profile.
4. Enter profile details
Complete the following fields:
Profile Name
Enter a clear name (e.g. Default Temu Profile).Category Name
Select the appropriate Temu category using Show Categories.Category ID
This will populate automatically once a category is selected.Attributes
Click Attributes and complete all required product attributes for the selected category.
(This step is essential for successful listing submission.)Brand
Select or assign a brand using Show Brands.Brand ID
Auto-filled based on the selected brand.Pricing Rules (optional)
Define pricing logic (e.g. markup rules):
Example:${cost_price} * 1.6 + 1
5. Configure fulfilment settings
Shipping Template
Select the relevant Temu shipping template.Warehouse
Choose the warehouse that will fulfil orders.
6. Save the listing profile
Click Save to store your profile.
7. Assign products (optional)
You can assign products directly to the profile using Assign Products, or apply it later during listing creation.
Step 2: Create a Temu Listing from Inventory
1. Open your product in Inventory
Navigate to Inventory and open the product you want to list on Temu.
2. Go to the Listings tab
Click the Listings tab within the product page.
3. Select Temu channel
Locate the Temu row under available sales channels.
4. Click “Create Listing”
Click Create Listing next to the Temu channel.
5. Apply the Listing Profile
Select the Listing Profile you created earlier.
This will automatically populate category, attributes, and other required fields.
6. Complete listing details
Fill in or review the following:
Site (e.g. UK)
SKU
EAN (if required)
Item Title
Item Description (HTML supported)
Product Summary / Bullet Points
Selling Price
Brand and Category (if not auto-filled)
7. Review and update attributes
Ensure all required category attributes are completed.
Missing attributes may prevent the listing from being submitted.
8. Save the listing
Click Save to store the Temu listing details.
9. Submit the listing to Temu
Click List to Temu Marketplace to publish the product.
10. Confirm listing status
Check the listing status to ensure the product has been successfully submitted.
Notes
A Listing Profile is required before creating a Temu listing.
All mandatory attributes must be completed based on the selected category.
Pricing rules are optional but recommended for automated pricing strategies.
Ensure your Temu integration is active and connected before listing.
Variations (if applicable) must be configured in the product before listing.

Use accurate and specific categories for better visibility
Complete all attributes to avoid listing errors
Use clear, keyword-rich product titles
Provide structured descriptions and bullet points
Apply consistent pricing rules across similar products
Assign the correct warehouse for fulfilment accuracy
