How to Integrate Your Wilko Account with Selro

This guide explains how to connect your Wilko marketplace account to Selro and configure your catalogue, orders and carrier mappings.

1. Add Your Wilko Account

To connect your Wilko account:

  1. Log in to your Selro account.

  2. Click your username in the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select Connections.

  4. Select Marketplaces.

  5. Find Wilko and click Add.

The Wilko integration settings screen will then appear.

2. Enter Your Wilko Account Details

You can give your Wilko account a nickname. This is for your internal reference

within Selro only and can help you identify the account if you manage multiple marketplace accounts.

Next, enter your Wilko API keys.

These can be found within your Wilko backend account. If you are unsure where to locate your API credentials, please contact your Wilko account manager for assistance.

3. Import Your Wilko Catalogue

If you would like to import your existing Wilko catalogue into Selro, enable:

Download the catalogue into Selro

You can then click Download Wilko Store Catalogue to start an immediate catalogue import. This will download your active Wilko listings into Selro.

The initial catalogue import generally takes around one hour, depending on the size of your catalogue.

If you leave Download the catalogue into Selro enabled, any new listings added directly to Wilko will automatically be imported into Selro, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Import Your Wilko Orders

If you would like to manage your Wilko orders within Selro, enable:

Download orders into Selro

Once enabled, Selro will begin importing new Wilko orders placed from that point onwards.

If you would also like to import historical Wilko orders for reporting or record-keeping purposes, these can be uploaded into Selro using a CSV file.

Please see User Guide: Import Orders for more information on importing historical orders via CSV.

5. Configure Carrier Mapping

To ensure order fulfilment updates are sent correctly to Wilko, you should configure your carrier mappings.

Click Carrier Mapping within your Wilko connection settings.

Here, you can map the carrier name used within Selro to the corresponding Wilko-approved carrier name.

For example:

Selro Carrier Name → Wilko Carrier Name

Correct carrier mapping helps ensure that tracking and dispatch information is successfully sent to Wilko when an order is fulfilled.

Your Wilko Integration Is Ready

Once you have entered your API credentials and configured the relevant catalogue, order and carrier settings, your Wilko account will be connected to Selro.

You can return to your Wilko connection settings at any time to update these options.
