Adding Videos to Listings and Publishing to Etsy & eBay
This guide explains how to upload product videos in Selro and list them on marketplaces that support video content (currently Etsy and eBay only).
1. Access Your Inventory 📁**
Log in to your Selro account.
Navigate to Inventory → Inventory & Listings.
2. Locate the Product (SKU) 🔍**
Use the search bar or filters to find the SKU you want to update.
Click on the product to open its details page.
3. Add a Video to the Product 📹**
Go to the Photos and Video tab.
Select Upload From URLs.
Enter the video URL and upload it.
Wait for the upload to complete. The video will appear alongside your product images.
4. List the Video to Marketplaces 🌍**
Once the video is uploaded in Selro, you may publish it to Etsy and eBay, as these are the only marketplaces currently supporting video listings through Selro.
To list the video:
Go to the product listing tab.
Send or update the listing to Etsy/eBay through the usual listing workflow.
The video will be included automatically in the marketplace listing (depending on their video support rules).
5. Notes & Limitations ⚠️**
Videos can only be listed to Etsy and eBay from Selro.
Ensure your video meets each marketplace's format, duration, and quality requirements.
Some marketplaces may take time to process or display newly added videos.
