Q1: What is the maximum number of SKUs that my Selro account can hold?

A: Your Selro account has a maximum SKU limit of 500,000. This means you can add and manage up to 500,000 unique Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) within your account.

Q2: How can I check the current number of SKUs in my Selro account?

A: To check the number of SKUs in your Selro account, log in to your Selro dashboard and navigate to Inventory-> inventory & listings. You will find the total count of SKUs currently in your account displayed above your product information.

Q3: What happens if I reach the maximum SKU limit of 500,000?

A: If you reach the maximum SKU limit, you won't be able to add any more SKUs until you delete existing ones to make room. To continue adding new products, ensure that your SKU count stays within the 500,000 limit.

Q4: Can I increase the SKU limit for my Selro account?

A: Currently, the SKU limit for Selro accounts is set at 500,000, and it cannot be increased beyond this limit. If you find yourself consistently reaching the maximum, consider optimizing your SKU management or deleting products that are no longer in use.

Q5: How can I manage SKUs efficiently within the 500,000 limit?

A: To manage SKUs efficiently, regularly review and delete products that are no longer active or relevant. Utilize Selro's features for bulk management to streamline processes and keep your SKU count within the allowed limit.

Q7: Is there a way to request an increase in the SKU limit?

A: As of now, Selro does not offer the option to request an increase in the SKU limit. If you have specific requirements or concerns, feel free to reach out to Selro support for assistance and guidance.
